OVERVIEW – Collaboration through Alignment
The consulting process assists alignment by clarifying priorities and developing skills for people to discuss, rather than debate, and collaborate, rather than compete.
The first step is to ensure and confirm alignment with the leadership team by getting people on the same page. Next is to assess and address the informal organization to facilitate collaboration at that level in the organization. The result is a more effective organization, where people apply more of their time and energy to achieving goals and objectives.
